How to Buy Tickets

Note: Summer Box Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM

Tickets for individual performances may be purchased with convenient 24-hour at-home ticketing. Simply choose a show in the Event Calendar section and click "Buy Tickets."

MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX are accepted. RiverCenter Box Office hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM • One hour prior to each event. The box office remains open 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of the performance. Will Call tickets are held at the Box Office.

Donate Your Tickets

Any patron unable to use tickets to an event at RiverCenter may choose to turn the tickets in to the Box Office no later than 5:00 PM at least one day prior to the performance date. The patron will then be sent a tax donation letter by US Mail.

Will Call

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at RiverCenter Box office during regular business hours. Box Office hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM • One hour prior to each event. The box office remains open 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of the performance. Please bring your photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number for verification.
